01 What the app does

Our apps provide the functionality described in their relevant App Store or Google Play listing. Depending on the app, this may include secure data management, cloud synchronization, AI-powered tools, or other features.

For apps that support local data storage, your data may be encrypted locally on your device. Where synchronization is available, you may choose to keep supported data only on your device or synchronize it through your personal cloud account, such as iCloud or Google services.

For apps that process images, text, or other content using online or AI-powered services, the relevant data may be processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

02 Using the app

You agree to use the app only for lawful and personal purposes.

You must not:

• Use the app in a way that harms or disrupts the service
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Use the app to violate another person's privacy, intellectual property, or other legal rights
• Misuse the app in any unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful way

You are responsible for keeping your device and accounts secure.

03 Cloud services and data responsibility

If an app offers synchronization and you enable it, supported data may be stored using third-party cloud services such as Apple iCloud or Google services.

Your data in those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Some app features may require online processing or third-party service providers. Information about how personal data and submitted content are handled is available in our Privacy Policy.

Where an app can be used fully offline, data that you choose to keep only on your device remains on your device subject to your own backup and security settings.

Before deleting an app, make sure to back up your data if needed, as you may lose access otherwise.

04 Pricing and payments

The app may include paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases.

• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, as applicable
• The applicable store terms and policies apply to transactions

We do not have access to your full payment card details when payments are processed by Apple or Google.

06 No warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We do our best to provide a reliable and secure experience, but we cannot guarantee that the app will always be:

• Uninterrupted
• Completely accurate
• Compatible with all devices, systems, or third-party services

07 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luriven Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. is not liable for:

• Service interruptions
• Inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable information
• Any direct or indirect damages to the extent such liability may legally be limited

You use the app at your own risk. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

08 Specific Provisions for Lens Search: Identify Anything

The following provisions apply specifically to Lens Search: Identify Anything and supplement the general Terms above.

08.1 Intended Use and AI-Powered Visual Identification

Purpose: Lens Search: Identify Anything uses artificial intelligence and visual analysis to help users identify and learn about subjects shown in photos captured with the camera or selected from their device.

Results may relate to everyday objects, plants, animals, insects, food, coins, collectibles, products, and other visible subjects.

AI-generated output: Identification results, summaries, classifications, suggested questions, and responses from the AI Assistant are generated automatically and are provided for general informational and educational purposes.

08.2 Image Uploads and User Permissions

Image source: Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the right, permission, or other lawful basis to capture, upload, and process any image submitted to Lens Search.

Rights and privacy: Users must not submit images in a way that violates another person's privacy, intellectual property rights, or other legal rights.

Misuse: Images and app features must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or harmful purposes. Misuse of the service may result in restriction or termination of access.

08.3 Accuracy and Informational Use

Accuracy limitation: AI-generated identifications and related information may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for the specific subject shown. Lens Search does not guarantee the correct identification, classification, description, value, price, rarity, nutritional content, safety status, or other characteristic of any scanned subject.

Independent verification: Users should verify important information through reliable sources or a qualified professional before relying on it.

No professional advice: Lens Search does not provide medical, veterinary, nutritional, financial, appraisal, safety, legal, or other professional advice. The app must not be used as a substitute for professional judgment or services.

08.4 Category-Specific Information and Estimates

Prices, values, and collectibles: Any price, market value, rarity, collectible, or product information shown in Lens Search is an estimate or informational reference only. It is not a certified appraisal, offer, or guarantee. Actual values and prices may vary based on condition, time, seller, marketplace, location, and other factors.

Food and nutrition: Any calorie, ingredient, meal, or nutrition information derived from an image is an estimate and may be inaccurate because portion size, preparation method, ingredients, and other relevant details may not be visible. Such information is not medical or dietary advice.

Animals, plants, insects, mushrooms, and similar subjects: Visual identification may be incorrect. Users must not rely solely on Lens Search to decide whether something is dangerous, poisonous, venomous, edible, safe to touch, safe to consume, or otherwise harmless. Where health or safety may be at risk, users should avoid contact or consumption and seek appropriate professional or emergency guidance.

08.5 AI Assistant and Third-Party Information

AI Assistant: Follow-up responses generated by the AI Assistant may contain mistakes, incomplete information, or incorrect conclusions. Users are responsible for evaluating and verifying those responses before relying on them.

External information: Lens Search may display or reference information obtained from third-party websites, databases, marketplaces, or other external resources. We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, availability, completeness, pricing, or reliability of third-party information.

Any purchase, transaction, or other interaction with a third party is solely between the user and that third party.

08.6 User Responsibility and Limitation of Liability

Users are solely responsible for how they use identification results, estimates, recommendations, AI-generated responses, and other information provided through Lens Search.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Luriven Yazılım ve Bilgi Teknolojileri A.Ş. is not responsible for losses, damages, injuries, purchases, decisions, or other consequences resulting from reliance on inaccurate, incomplete, or misunderstood Lens Search results.

09 Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

If we make important changes, we will update the date at the top of this page and provide any additional notice required by law.

By continuing to use the app after updates take effect, you agree to the revised terms. If you do not agree, you should stop using the app.
